Aims and objectives

The project aims to evaluate the implementation of a Quality of Life Metric across 5 Cancer Alliances in England to inform national rollout. The metric will aim to compare the quality of life of cancer patients post-treatment across different providers for service development. The new ‘quality of life’ metric will be made available on My NHS – helping patients, the public, clinicians and health service providers see how well their local after cancer care support is doing. The 5 cancer alliances involved are as follows:

Cheshire & Merseyside

Northern Cancer Alliance
